Why pay when free ones exist?

Fair question. Thaw, Hidden Bar and Pelmet are free, and free is a fine price. They also leave the arranging to you: you drag icons around, then keep managing it. Tiidy costs US$9, once. Free apps hide icons, then leave the upkeep to you. Tiidy keeps the bar in order as your week happens, and asks before it changes anything.

App Store, why Tiidy isn't on it10.1

App Store apps run in a sandbox, and the sandbox doesn't allow hiding other apps' menu bar icons. Tiidy is signed and notarised by Apple instead, and it updates itself.
