If Tiidy isn't right for you, that's fine. Ask within 30 days of buying and you get every cent back. You don't need a reason, and you won't be talked out of it.
Ask
Email hello@tiidy.app from the address you bought with, or use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Either works.
Get it back
Lemon Squeezy refunds the full amount to the card or account you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually a few days.
That's it
The refund deactivates your licence. Tiidy shows all your icons again and keeps your layout, in case you come back.
After 30 days
Still write to me. If Tiidy has a real fault, the Australian Consumer Law and the consumer laws where you live still apply, and no time limit on this page changes that. See the terms for the detail.
Something not working?
Tell me anyway, even if you want the refund too. I read every email, and a problem you tell me about is one I can fix for everyone. Fixes land in the changelog.
